Launch 9 December 2023 ‘De collectie Irma & Jules Dhondt-Dhaenens. Een voorstelling’
The new collection catalogue of Museum Dhondt-Dhaenens shows the 130 works of art that were donated by Jules and Irma Dhondt-Dhaenens to the self-founded foundation, in 1967.
The book was launched at Platform 6a on December 9 2023. Bart Verschaffel introduced the publication, drawing from his insights on how collections come into existence and, more importantly, how they continue to evolve.
A curated selection of works from the MDD collection was on display during the launch.
