Ria Bosman: upcoming book and edition

In the context of the planned book with Ria Bosman ‘Action Painting’, Posture Editions is launching an edition sale in collaboration with the artist, Be-Part and Galerie Tatjana Pieters.

The ‘Post-It’ series consists of seventeen unique works measuring 7.5 x 7 cm, made from several layers of painted canvas with leather on top. The works are on sale at €320 each and will be delivered in combination with a signed book.

The publication ‘Action Painting’ features works created on sketch pads sourced from an international retail chain.
The drawings are like thought exercises, contemplative shifts, enigmatic rustles, inner monologues, hesitant movements, whispers across fields of colour, rhythmic movements in the artist's studio. Some are a preparation for her monumental tissues, others are simply made as solfège for the mind.
All the works in the book were painted between 2022 and 2025 with acrylic paint on paper. ‘Action painting’ will be published in October 2025.
