On Thursday 17 October, Van Gerrewey and Marc Kregting had a talk (in Dutch) about ‘unfinishedness’ at het Paard van Troje in Ghent.
Van Gerrewey’s philosophical essay appeared in De Witte Raaf #194 in 2018 and is now published in book form, bilingual Dutch/English.
The text is illustrated by photographs of fifteen artists’ studios, where all these thoughts and reflections can find an origin. Katrien Daemers photographed these places, leaving the artist absent but letting the (un)completed work speak for itself.
